2.                 An increase in Association Fees to $250 annually.  This is to keep up with inflation and the rising cost of services as well as labor rates from our vendors.  If the association runs out of monies to pay for services, it is permissible for the developer to assess all homeowners for needed funds payable immediately on demand.  With the current association fees and trend in home building, the association will be out of cash on 2010 and we will be forced to take direct assessment options to cover expenses.
