Voting Results for 2007 25 Votes were cast by midnight on May 31st. The results are hereby considered counted and posted at 6/1/2007 1.
What Term shall the association board member
be asked to serve? þ 2 Year (10 votes 1 year, 15 Votes 2 Year) 2. A 5% annual increase in Association Fees for the next 5 years. This is to keep up with inflation and the rising cost of services as well as labor rates from our vendors. In 5 years this annual increase will expire and must be placed back on the ballot. If the association runs out of monies to pay for services, it is permissible for the developer to assess all homeowners for needed funds payable immediately on demand. Create a stable financial future is only each homeowner’s best interest

No 3. Proposed amendment to the Deed Restrictions Section 30: i. For any homeowner that is in default with the fees owed to the association, aside from and not withstanding other actions of the developer all voting rights in the association for such homeowner will be suspended.
